ENSH History

The European Network of Smoke free Hospitals (ENSH) was founded in 1999.
The ENSH concept was innovative and offered excellent implementation instruments. Participation and registration with the European Network of Smoke-free Hospitals signified commitment to establish uniformity in tobacco control policies within European hospitals.

The ENSH-Global has grown and expanded all over the world and contributes to global tobacco control by promoting tobacco free hospitals and health care services.
