The Rights of Children to a Tobacco-free Environment (13122016)

This is the subject of a new research project being conducted within the Global Health Law Groningen Research Centre (GHLG). The study will investigate ho children are particularly vulnerable when it comes to smoking. The project is aimed at strengthening the regulation of tobacco and is being carried out by postdoctoral researcher Marie Elske Gispen LLM and GHLG Director Prof. Brigit Toebes. You can read more about the project on: http://www.rug.nl/rechten/news/archief/2016/the-rights-of-children-to-a-tobacco-free-environment
